5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees. Payment terms, including deposits, final payments, and cancellation fees, will be detailed in the individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy outlined in the service agreement. Any non-refundable deposits will be clearly stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies developed by Intellipulse Solutions LLP remain the intellectual property of Intellipulse Solutions LLP. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for the intended purpose only and with prior written consent only.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the course of the business relationship private and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

9. Liability

Intellipulse Solutions LLP will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Force Majeure

Intellipulse Solutions LLP is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or government regulations.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India.

12. Amendments

Intellipulse Solutions LLP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate our clients’ needs.

 

Business Solutions Consultation:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled service date to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 10 of the service date may incur a cancellation fee as per terms of agreement of contract, with increasing charges closer to the date of service delivery. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 week of the service date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation approval.

Events:

Full refund if cancellation is 4 weeks before event date

25% cancellation fee 15 days before event date

50% cancellation fee 10 days before event date

75% cancellation fee 7 days before event date

No refund 3 days before event date.

(Refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation approval)

Shipping Policy

As a consulting and events company, our services are delivered electronically or in person, depending on the nature of the service.

A timeline for service delivery is mentioned in the contract.

 

Electronic services, such as reports and consultations, will be delivered via email or our secure client portal.

 

For in-person events, details will be communicated via email. We strive to meet agreed delivery timelines, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, in which case we will notify you promptly and make suitable arrangements.
